Motorsport- Custom CellsWorking closely with our customers, we can achieve a bespoke product with superior performance in every respect, meeting the most extreme specifications for any application. Although we can work from a brief which may be as basic as a sketch up to a more sophisticated 3D CAD model, increasingly we are utilising our reverse engineering process. This involves acquiring data from the vehicle and creating a fully surfaced CAD model; from which we can engineer a fuel cell accurately to its required position. All core components are produced in-house, allowing us to precisely tailor each item to the cell itself. These items include: Prior to certification and despatch, all fuel cells are inspected and pressure tested.
