Using a thermosetting cross-linked polymer reinforcing material composite of ballistic nylon with a tough seamless urethane coating, the resultant fuel cell offers the flexibility of moving fuel away from impact areas whilst saving overall weight - a key factor in all areas of vehicular transport.

Modern Design Techniques

thumb_measurementUsing reverse engineering scanning techniques, we are able to bring automation, speed and accuracy to the process of converting point clouds to polygons. From this we can create a fully surfaced CAD-imaged space model and engineer the fuel cell to precisely the dimensions required.
