Monolithic Fuel Cell Construction


As a means of fuel containment which facilitates the use of leading edge fuel delivery components, Advanced Fuel Systems monolithic cell construction is the answer to improved fit and volume optimisation.

Using a thermosetting cross-linked polymer reinforcing material composite of ballistic nylon with a tough seamless urethane coating, the resultant fuel cell offers the flexibility of moving fuel away from impact areas whilst saving overall weight - a key factor in all areas of vehicular transport.

Modern Design Techniques

Using reverse engineering scanning techniques, we are able to bring automation, speed and accuracy to the process of converting point clouds to polygons. From this we can create a fully surfaced CAD-imaged space model and engineer the fuel cell to precisely the dimensions required.
